Accreditation

Quality Management of RIIL

Accreditation confirms to the laboratories, etc. that these bodies are carrying out their activities with technical competence and in compliance with applicable requirements.

Professional Expertise and Quality under one roof

Already in 2006 RIIL was accredited for the first time. Since then the accreditation has been continuously supervised and is renewed in the officially required periods. The term “accreditation” is derived from Latin and means “to give credit to.” An Accreditation is a more far-reaching safe-guarding instrument than a certification. It is a “third-party attestation related to a conformity assessment body conveying formal demonstration of its competence to carry out specific conformity assessment tasks.

Accreditation

Royal International Inspection Laboratories (RIIL) are accredited by DAkkS German Accreditation System for Testing according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Which confirm that (RIIL) with its chemical, trace element, chromatography, Aflatoxin, pesticide residue, microbiological and Migration laboratories is competent under the terms of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 to carry out tests in the fields of food, water, environment, animal feeding stuff, plant materials and non-food products in contact with foods.

Calibrations by DAkkS laboratories allow users to trust in the reliability of measurement results. At the same time, they increase confidence in the competitiveness of national and international markets. Within the framework of quality management, they form the basis for controlling measurement and test equipment.

To undergo the procedure of an accreditation and to meet the set requirements in the process involves a high internal amount of work and organisation and demands an enormous professional expertise which RIIL has proved through its accreditation and demonstrates every day anew. A successful accreditation is a clear sign for and a definite affirmation of lived quality.
